Reservation Process
Step 1. Find Your Accommodation
Browse our available properties and select your preferred accommodation. Review the property details, photos, amenities, house rules, and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Step 2. Submit Reservation & Payment
Complete the reservation form, provide the required guest information, and pay the full accommodation fee to secure your booking.
Step 3. Receive Booking Confirmation
Once your reservation and payment have been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent with your booking details.
Step 4. Complete Guest Registration
In accordance with Japanese regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration process before check-in. Non-resident foreign guests must also provide passport information.
Step 5. Receive Check-in Information
Before your arrival, we will send detailed check-in instructions, including the property address, contact information, and arrival procedures.
Step 6. Check In
Please arrive at the property at your scheduled check-in time. Our staff will verify your information, collect the required security deposit, and assist you with the check-in process.
Step 7. Enjoy Your Stay
Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay. If you require any assistance during your visit, please contact us using the information provided in your confirmation email.
Step 8. Check Out
Please complete check-out by the designated time. After the property inspection has been completed and no damages or additional charges are identified, your security deposit will be refunded.
