Reservation Process

Step 1

Find Your Accommodation

Browse our available properties and select your preferred accommodation. Review the property details, photos, amenities, house rules, and cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Step 2

Complete Reservation & Receive Confirmation

Complete the reservation form, provide the required guest information, and pay the full accommodation fee to secure your booking. Once your reservation and payment have been successfully processed, a confirmation email containing your booking details will be sent to you.

Step 3

Complete Pre-Arrival Registration

In accordance with Japanese regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration process before check-in. Non-resident foreign guests must also provide passport information.

Step 4

Receive Check-in Information

Once the registration has been completed, detailed check-in instructions, including the property address, contact information, and arrival procedures, will be sent to you before your arrival.

Step 5

Enjoy Your Stay & Check Out

Enjoy your stay in our property and make yourself at home. On your departure day, please complete the check-out process by the designated time. After the property inspection has been completed and no damages or additional charges are identified, your security deposit will be refunded.
